The Daily Wire puts Biden DOJ on BLAST for pushing through vaccine mandate amid court ruling

Their latest remarks highlight how Biden’s DOJ is forcing the Sixth Circuit Court to rush to judgements on the matter before they have a chance to properly review it all.

The outlet moved forward with a lawsuit against the Biden administration within hours of the initial announcement. That being the OSHA rule requiring any business with over 100 employees needing to get their COVID shot or submit negative test results on a weekly basis.

On Tuesday, the Biden administration was seen again attempting to lift the block on its initial November 4 COVID-19 order regarding vaccine mandates. Within two days of that unveiling, the 5th Circuit court blocked it on grounds of "grave statutory and constitutional issues."

According to the Daily Wire:

"Just two days before Thanksgiving, the government seeks to unleash procedural chaos on the Court, the petitioners, and over 80 million individuals before the Court has even ruled on the en banc petitions or issued a comprehensive case management order. And the government has done so by filing what is effectively a merits brief, with nearly 13,000 words, masquerading as an emergency motion."

Daily Wire’s co-founder and co-CEO Jeremy Boreing previously issued a message of open defiance against the Biden White House for mandating vaccinations at private businesses.

"President Biden, the federal government, social media, and the establishment media have conspired to rob Americans of their freedoms in the name of public health. They have broken faith with the American people through conflicting messaging, false information, and by suppressing data and perspectives with which they disagree."

In contrast, Biden’s Deputy Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre told the public that businesses should continue to implement Biden’s demanded mandate despite the court decision to put a temporary block on it.
