President Trump's attorney Rudy Giuliani says that the new US Supreme Court challenge to overturn decisions by lower courts is the first of many.
The appeal in question seeks to overturn three previous decisions by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, regarding changing laws for mail-in ballots "immediately before and after the 2020 presidential election".
"I remember an old adage that I learned from baseball. When you’re down by 10 runs, you can’t score 10 runs on one hit. So you got to get one run at a time. So the way I look at it, we have to win one of these legislatures. I think we have three good ones to pick from: Pennsylvania and Georgia and Arizona," commented Giuliani, according to the Epoch Times.
Giuliani went on to claim that due to recent hearings performed by various state legislatures over the past couple of months have now produced sufficient evidence of election fraud to force action:
"The state legislature has a very, very strong basis to make a determination the election in those three states were stolen."
Giuliani also wanted to make clear that the Trump team intends to continue to uphold the Constitution and all applicable laws in everything it does.
"We have a constitutional process for a reason, and we have the judicial branch that really does need to step in. I think that the Supreme Court absolutely let the American people down by refusing to take up the Texas case," said Trump attorney Jenna Ellis.
