WATCH: Videos show SHOCKING brutality by Dutch police during protests

"Meanwhile in Eindhoven...", says the tweet. The video shows a person holding a sign dressed in what appears to be some sort of a bear costume, while a water cannon stands to his left.

A couple dressed in dark clothing walk to the right of the person holding the sign (who doesn't move through the whole video). The water cannon opens up on them, catching the woman dead-on. She is thrown across a curved wall of a structure and falls face-first to the ground.

The following video, tweeted right after, showed the bloody results of the water cannon attack.

"Zie hier de dame ná 't waterkanon (tweet hiervoor) #Eindhoven", which translates to "Here is the lady after the water cannon [attack], (see previous tweet.)"

Here we can see that same woman being ushered away, her face a mess of bloody wounds. The man who was accompanying her in the first video is holding her, turning back to the water cannon at the end of the video to curse at it.

A court issue had been issued by Dutch authorities for protestors to gather only in Amsterdam's Westerpark, but protestors are upset and have chosen to ignore the order to make their voices heard.

Turmoil currently exists inside the halls of the Dutch government as well, as Prime Minister Mark Rutte has just resigned on Friday, due to a tax collection scandal, according to Euronews.

As of this writing, over 100 arrests have been made, and two police officers as well as a police horse have been reported injured due to the disturbances.
