WATCH: CNN’s Chris Cuomo goes on UNHINGED anti-Trump rant after new pardons

CNN host Chris Cuomo said that "Democrats, independents, real Republicans, you all, now know, just based on the last 24 hours alone, this guy is the worst ever."

Cuomo said "He is the worst president we have ever seen. Period." He continued spewing insults along with untruths, saying that Trump has "denied the hungry, denied our warriors, and denied a pandemic."

"He does not give a damn about anything but lying about it all and faking his own greatness. That is the truth," Cuomo said.

"It is demonstrated by everything we have seen, it must be his legacy. And those who had ignored and empowered him, those who have solicited this brand of his own horrible actions toward others are complicit," Cuomo said, echoing other leftists in media who believe that support of a sitting president is reason enough to deny a person any future livelihood.

"He must be remembered as the worst, if only for this alone," he said, referencing the presidential pardons Trump gave this week, which are incredibly similar to the actions of every outgoing president.

Cuomo's latest argument against Trump, speckled with derogatory statements as well as outright untruths, is that he should have signed the COVID relief and spending bill, which gave tiny sums to Americans while funding vast overseas pet projects and not providing the direct relief to small businesses that Trump had asked for.

"And if only this is what we had seen it would already make him the worst, on top of years of perfidy, of deceit, of lies, of viciousness toward those who need protection, consistently. You literally have seen nothing to feel any other way, and yet you do, but no more. This has to be a bottom. He must be seen as the worst."

Cuomo spoke against Trump's "crooked ways," and condemned Trump for those he pardoned, bringing up the crimes of those who had been granted clemency.

Trump pardoned more than two dozen individuals for their federal crimes, including those high profile men Cuomo railed against, Paul Manafort, Roger Stone, George Papadopoulos, and his son-in-law's father Charles Kushner.

Trump also pardoned Crystal Munoz, who "was convicted of conspiracy to distribute marijuana based on her role in a marijuana smuggling ring. During her time in prison, she mentored people working to better their lives, volunteered with a hospice program, and demonstrated an extraordinary commitment to rehabilitation."

He pardoned Weldon Angelos, "an active criminal justice reform advocate and champion of giving second chances. Because of mandatory minimums, Mr. Angelos was sentenced in 2002 to 55 years' imprisonment for selling marijuana and carrying a handgun in the course of dealing. The presiding judge called this excessive sentence 'unjust and cruel and even irrational.'"

President Ford pardoned Nixon, President Carter pardoned a rockstar who was guilty of "behaving indecently" with a fan who was only 14-years-old. President Clinton pardoned domestic terrorist Patty Hearst, as well as his own brother.

The power of the presidential pardon stems from Article Two of the US Constitution, which says that the President "shall have Power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offenses against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment."
