25-year-old Isaac Sissel was charged with sending a threatening communication and 46-year-old Christopher Pierce was charged with one count of making a threatening interstate communication.
"Every time I turned a corner there was just another entire block of line," said Nate Bowers, a 19-year-old computer science student at Lehigh University.
Nicholas Wimbish, 25, of Milledgeville, faces 25 years in prison if convicted on charges.
"I’m nervous and worried and I’m not gonna be any way until this thing gets called."
A court order from the Court of Common Pleas of Luzerne County said the location opened on Tuesday morning an hour and a half late.
