NFT digital artist, cryptocurrency investor, and programmer Murat Pak is working on a new project called "Censored," which will feature a collaboration with WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange.

"Censored is a collaboration with Julian Assange. It's about you. It consists of two parts, a dynamic 1/1 and a dynamic open edition, for you all to participate. It will be here on February 7th," tweeted the artist on Sunday, along with a re-tweet of an image by the WikiLeaks Twitter account simply stating "one thousand."

According to the Crypto Times, Pak is "an NFT artist whose 'Merge' NFT project came out strong with record-breaking sales last year," and he plans to repeat his previous success with "Censored."

Assange founded WikiLeaks with the purpose of making information public that governments and other large entities around the world were trying to hide from the public.

A US grand jury indicted Assange last year on 18 charges, 17 of which fall under the Espionage Act, for allegedly conspiring to disclose national defense information following the publication on Wikileaks of thousands of documents pertaining to the Afghanistan and Iraq wars.

He was set to be extradited to the US from the UK, where he has been residing for the past some-odd years, as per an order given on Dec 10 2021.

However, a more recent Jan 3, 2022 order overturned the previous decision, and will give Assange's lawyers more time to argue his case.

Further details and hints about what "Censored" will be all about are reportedly going to be made available in coming days.
