Davis has been charged with third-degree assault after allegedly assaulting his girlfriend. He also faces Criminal mischief charges.

NYPD Detective Denise Moroney told CP24 that the victim reported to police that the alleged assault took place after a verbal dispute. Moroney said that Davis hit her in the face and broke her phone.
