Shocking footage of a critical race theory training session—the kind of training recently banned by Trump for federal employees—has re-emerged on social media over the weekend.

Hunter Ashleigh Shackelford, who on her website describes herself as a "black fat cultural producer, multidisciplinary artist, nonbinary shapeshifter, hood feminist, and data futurist" is featured in the short clip lecturing a group (mostly white) at the Netroots 2017 conference.

In the clip of her speech she describes all white people as racist. Shackelford points to a board that has the words "ALL WHITE PEOPLE ARE RACIST" drawn on it and tells the audience, "it's not going to be this coddling of white tears...no you're always going to be racist actually."

She then proceeds to explain how she believes white people are not human, "so even when you're on your paths of trying to figure out how to be a better human being...I believe white people are born into not being human...ya'll [white people] are born into a life to not be human" and finishes by saying white people have been taught "to be demons."

This footage re-appeared just days after President Trump announced he is cutting off taxpayer dollars that go to Federal employee's training that includes the same kind of "critical race theory" and "white privilege" lessons seen in the video clip.
