Police responded to a domestic call in Simcoe, Ontario this weekend when an argument broke out after a woman was accused of stealing cannabis from her 14 year old son, according to CTV News.

The call was made about 10:30 am, and the two parties were separated by officers. Mother and son were both uninjured and able to walk away from the altercation.

Norfolk County OPP did not say whether the child would be pressing charges against his mother, of if the missing cannabis was found on the scene.

Domestic tensions have been running high since families have found themselves under lockdown due to the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic, increasing stress level in the home.
