Toronto police are investigating a shooting in North York last Tuesday that happened in broad daylight. In that incident, there was one gunshot victim.

Toronto police are investigating a shooting in North York last Tuesday that happened in broad daylight.

Police responded to a call about the shooting between Grandravine Drive and Keele Street just north of Downsview Park at 4:35 pm, according to CP24.

The gunshot victim was rushed to hospital. The injuries the victim had were serious, but not life-threatening.

According to reports, the police have reason to believe that the shooter was in a vehicle when the crime occurred.

While police search the area, Grandravine Drive has been temporarily closed.
