Two high school girls in Florida, one of whom identifies as transgender, have been arrested for a plot to murder a classmate to resurrect Sandy Hook shooter Adam Lanza. The two girls are being charged as adults. A judge ruled on Wednesday that they be held without bond.

Per WFTV, 15-year-old Isabelle Valdez, who court documents identified as transgender and went by the name "Jimmy," had stalked a Lake Brantley High School classmate for months and put pictures of him on her TikTok page titled "I Love Sandy Hook," investigators said.

They said that Valdez chose her target because she thought he looked like Lanza, who killed 20 children and six staff members at a Connecticut elementary school before fatally shooting himself in 2012.

Valdez had reportedly claimed that by killing the classmate, she would form a "blood bond" that would bring Lanza back to life. Investigators said the plot involved Valdez pushing the boy into a bathroom that he was known to pass during his second period class, slashing his throat, drinking his blood, and then laying flowers on his body.

Also arrested was 14-year-old Lois Lippert. Detectives said that Valdez asked the other teen to be involved in the plot because she thought Lippert would go along with it. Valdez claimed Lippert had brought the flowers to school and sharpened the knife in the bathroom.

Valdez and Lippert were pulled from their classes in January after investigators were tipped off by one of the trans teen’s friends about the plans.

After their arrest, the two girls were placed in the back of a patrol car, where a conversation between them was recorded. A readout of the conversation from prosecutors stated, "Valdez told Lippert that she was going to use makeup this morning for her mugshot, but she could not find anything. Valdez then said, 'It’s over.' Lippert replied, 'Yea, it’s over. It doesn’t matter if you look good or not.'"

They also allegedly joked about the blood ritual they planned to carry out, spoke about plans to spread their story around the True Crime community, and hopes from Valdez that she would be sent to a psych ward.

In class the day leading up to her arrest, Valdez wrote a note to her parents and had also planned to write a manifesto. Valdez reportedly wrote in the note to her parents, "Dear Mama and Papa. I’m sorry for what I’m gonna do. Hopefully, you will find this paper. I want you guys to know none of this is your fault… Adam Lanza wanted it. I think it’s a fair and beautiful scene of devotion on my behalf."
