In more startling Trudeau government incompetence, the Public Health Agency has had to spend a fortune on a new warehouse after they closed three warehouses and destroyed million of masks.

The Trudeau government had to lease a new warehouses as they shuttered numerous supply depots before the coronavirus pandemic took hold of Canada.

The government has not yet revealed to the public the true cost of this mistake.

The government was forced to disclose this error after an NDP MP questioned them during a committee, according to Blacklock's Reporter.  It is unclear whether Canada is fully prepared with medical supplies if a second wave of coronavirus infections hit the country.

Three supply warehouses—holding vita medical equipment—were closed in 2019. The medical supplies that were being held here were sent to the landfill.

This was labeled a national scandal by one member of parliament.

As a result of these closures, the Trudeau government had to purchase millions of dollars worth of medical equipment from China that were often of shoddy quality.

Trudeau's Health Minister Patty Hajdu has often been criticized for her performance in the pandemic. The health minister was overly-cautious in closing the Canadian border; accused a journalist of spreading conspiracy theories after they expressed skepticism over China's dodgy data, and refused to criticize the WHO.

Hajdu also flew back to her constituency on a private plane—something she warned Canadians not to do. She defended this trip, saying that she was attending essential parliamentary work. Records show, however, that she only attended a Zoom call and a radio interview (this all could have conceivably be done in Ottawa).
