During a speech at the Minnesota GOP annual dinner, Donald Trump said that he is going to demand a drug test from President Joe Biden prior to the debates that the two are scheduled to participate in.

"I just want to debate this guy, you know," Trump stated. "And I'm gonna demand a drug test too by the way."

"I am, no, I really am," he reiterated. "I don't want him coming in like the State of the Union, he was high as a kite. I said, 'Is that Joe up there?'"

Trump continued on this tact as he reiterated that he would demand a drug test from Biden and said that the President was exhausted by the end of the State of the Union address earlier, suggesting that Biden had taken some type of stimulant in order to perform better.

Other portions of the speech included Trump saying that Biden would attempt to relate to working-class people by claiming to be someone who used to drive a truck or live in Minnesota.

"A pilot comes in, and he says, I used to fly a plane. Truckers come in, I used to drive a truck. People come in from Minnesota. I used to live in Minnesota," Trump told the crowd at the dinner. He also added that he believes Biden is "full of sh*t" and is all about disinformation.

North Dakota Governor Doug Burgum also showed up at the dinner to speak alongside Trump.

"As a governor, I've had a front-row seat. I had a chance to serve under President Trump my first four years in office. Like many of you I've been in business my whole life until I got elected, the same night that Trump did," Burgum told the audience.

He then addressed how "states were being respected" under Trump's administration and that taxes as well as regulations were being cut for business. Burgum has been rumored as a VP pick for Trump as he goes into the 2024 election.
