President Donald Trump will focus on the "Renewal of the American Dream" in his first speech to Congress as the 47th president on Tuesday and he has invited a number of guests to appear as he addresses the joint session of Congress.

According to Fox News, White House officials said that Trump's speech will have four sections surrounding the theme. The sections will focus on the economy, Trump's push for Congress to get more funding for border security, the administration's accomplishments at home as well as abroad, as well as Trump's plans for peace internationally.

"President Trump has accomplished more in one month than any president in four years, and the renewal of the American Dream is well underway," White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt said. "In his joint address to Congress, President Trump will celebrate his extraordinarily successful first month in office while outlining his bold, ambitious and commonsense vision for the future."

In addition, the president and First Lady Melania Trump have invited a number of Americans to join them for the joint address to Congress. These include Elliston Berry, who was with the first lady on Monday when she addressed Congress for the first time on the topic of nonconsensual and intimate computer-generated images. Melania Trump spoke out against such activities as well as revenge porn, supporting the "Take it Down Act," where Berry spoke about her experience as a victim.

The invite list also includes January Littlejohn, who is from Florida. Littlejohn sued the School Board of Leon County after school officials hid that her daughter identified as transgender and socially transitioned at school. The White House wrote, "The school drove a wedge between January’s daughter and her parents, and deceived January about their covert plan to transition her daughter."

Payton McNabb from North Carolina is also expected to be at Trump's address to Congress. In high school, a biological male volleyball player who identified as transgender spiked a volleyball into McNabb's face, where she then suffered a traumatic brain injury. The incident happened to McNabb in September 2022.

Laken Riley's sister and mother will also be in attendance for the speech. Allyson and Lauren Phillips are from Georgia, where their daughter and sister, respectively, was murdered by an illegal immigrant as Riley was out for a run while attending nursing school. Laken Riley's killer, Jose Ibarra, has been found guilty of her murder and is reportedly linked to the Venezuelan Tren de Aragua gang.

The mother of deceased Jocelyn Nungaray, Alexis, will also be at the address. Nungaray was 12 years old when two illegal immigrant criminals allegedly sexually assaulted and killed her by strangulation before leaving her body under a bridge in Texas.

The family of Corey Comperatore is also invited to join Trump and the first lady at the speech. Comperatore was a firefighter who was killed by Thomas Matthew Crooks, the would-be assassin of Trump when the then-campaigning Republican presidential candidate gave a speech in Butler, Pennsylvania.

Jeff Denard, from Alabama, will also be in attendance. The White House stated that Denard "has spent nearly three decades working at a steel plant owned by Nucor Steel. His good paying, middle class job at the steel plant has allowed Jeff to serve as a volunteer firefighter, provide a loving home to dozens of foster children, and organize his fellow steelworkers to respond to natural disasters, including Hurricane Helene."

Another American invited to the speech is Stephanie Diller, who is from Long Island, New York. She is the widow of Jonathan Diller, who was killed in the line of duty as a police officer during a routine traffic stop in Queens, New York. The killer was a repeat offender who had been arrested multiple times before.

Additionally, the Trumps have invited Haley Ferguson from Spring Hill, Tennessee. The White House stated in a press release that she is a "former foster child, a senior at Middle Tennessee State University majoring in Elementary Education, and a Fostering the Future scholarship recipient, which was launched by the First Lady’s organization, Be Best."

Marc and Maphine Fogel will also be in attendance. Marc Fogel was recently released by Russia after being wrongfully detained and held in the country for 14 years, the White House said. Fogel came back to the US earlier in February after the Trump administration secured his release.

Additionally, Border Patrol officer Roberto Ortiz will be in attendance. Ortiz is a veteran of the Navy as well as the National Guard, according to the White House. "He has been shot at repeatedly by cartel members while performing his duties near the Rio Grande River in Texas," the press release added.
