At his rally in Wildwood, New Jersey on Saturday, 2024 presidential hopeful Donald Trump made remarks about the ongoing anti-Israel protests on college campuses, stating that international students who engage in antisemitism or Islamic extremism should be deported.

“When I’m president, we will not allow colleges to be taken over by violent radicals,” the presumptive GOP nominee said in his speech.

“If you come here from another country and try to bring jihadism, or anti-Americanism, or antisemitism to our campuses we will immediately deport you, you’ll be out of that school,” he continued.

“They’re not on the right, they’re on the left,” Trump added.

Trump went on to reference a recent Politico article that revealed connections between top Democratic donors funding Joe Biden's campaign and anti-Israel college protests. Trump also criticized President Biden's decision to withhold congressionally approved military aid to Israel, condemning it as a betrayal of an American ally.

“This week, he announced that he will withhold shipping weapons to Israel as they fight to eradicate Hamas terrorists in Gaza. That was shocking to hear it, even as there are still American hostages being held by Hamas,” Trump said, in reference to Biden's previous statement that he would withhold military aid to Israel if it invades the Gaza city of Rafah.

“Crooked Joe’s action is one of the worst betrayals of an American ally in the history of our country,” he added. “I support Israel’s right to win its war on terror, is that ok?”

Trump’s comments came before one of his largest rallies ever, with the crowd estimated by one city official to be between 80,000 and 100,000.
