President-elect Donald Trump will place his hand on the Bible given to him by his mother as well as the Lincoln Bible when he is sworn into office on Monday. The revelations come as it has also been announced that the inauguration will be moving indoors due to cold weather.

The late Mary Anne MacLeod Trump gave the Bible to her son in 1955 when he graduated from his Sunday Church Primary School at the church congregation they went to as a family, per The Hill.

Trump's name as well as other details of when it was gifted to him by his mother are inscribed on the Bible copy. In addition to the Bible from his mother, Trump will use the Lincoln Bible for the swearing in ceremony. The copy was used for Lincolns 1861 swearing in and has been used three times since then by former President Barack Obama at both his inaugurations well as Trump's first swearing in.

The Bible gifted to Trump by his mother is on display at the Museum of the Bible in Washington DC. Although many presidents have used a Bible to be sworn in, the use of two in the case of Trump is unique, according to the Deseret News. He is the only president that has been sworn in using two copies of the Bible.

The Bible that belonged to incoming Vice President JD Vance's maternal great-grandmother will be his copy of choice. It was given to Vance by his grandmother in 2003 when he went into the South Carolina Marine Corps Recruiting Depot.

Although Trump and Obama both used the Lincoln Bible, one that has been used by a number of presidents is the Bible George Washington used when he was sworn in as the first president of the United States.
