A serial rapist with a history of violence against women and girls is being sought by police in Calgary after three incidents of allegedly watching a 12-year-old girl through her window while performing a sexual act last Thursday night.
CBC reports that Keegan Spearchief, 34, is on the loose and it is "unclear when the serial rapist was last released from prison."
Spearchief was identified last night by police officers and a warrant has been issued for his arrest.
Spearchief is six feet, five inches tall and weighs approximately 180 pounds. He has long brown hair, brown eyes, and a tattoo of a throwing star on his left shoulder.
Police consider Spearchief, who also goes by the name Keegan Eagle Child, to be a high-risk offender. He has a 17-year history of violent rape and assault.
