Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau premiered his new single 'Speaking Moistly' at a press conference yesterday, much to everyone's cringey delight

A video posted on YouTube by user "anonymotif" has garnered over 750,000 views overnight, in an unexpectedly catchy tune mocking Justin Trudeau for his unfortunate use of the word "moistly."

"Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau premiered his new single 'Speaking Moistly' at a press conference yesterday, much to everyone's cringey delight," the video's description reads.

The "cringey" incident took place at Trudeau's April 7 press conference, wherein he discussed the news that medical masks were considered by top officials to be effective in slowing the spread of the virus.

"My understanding of what Dr. Tam explained yesterday, is that if people want to wear a mask, that's okay ... It prevents you from breathing or speaking moistly on them—what a terrible image—but it is something people can do in certain situations," said Trudeau, visibly regretting using the word.
