Forner Bill Clinton advisor Naomi Wolf spoke out against the establishment paradigm on the COVID pandemic.
Naomi Wolf states outright that the numerous pandemic emergency orders are designed to strip Americans of their basic constitutional rights. “This has all been very sudden. When you look back [to] March of 2020, a lot of things started to move that kind of locked into place a set of policies that are kind of 360 degree full-on totalitarian policies.”
Wolf chalks up people’s slow reaction to this shift as a culture shock. She’s confident based on her career background: spending twelve years studying the twilight years of Democracies educated Ms. Wolf on the warning signs of what that looks like. “Once I realized New York state had emergency powers? I know from history that no one gives up emergency powers willingly. They always drag it on and drag it on.”
She cites New York Governor Cuomo’s decision to extend COVID emergency measures as proof to her statements. The basis of her argument being that USA officials can’t suspend the rights guaranteed by the Constitution because of a pandemic.
