A bombshell report in The Intercept claims that Tara Reade's mother, Jeanette Altimus, called in to Larry King Live in 1993 to seek advice as to how to deal with her daughter's allegation against then-Senator Joe Biden.

Now, video evidence of this claim is exploding all over Twitter.

Tara Reade confirmed with the Daily Caller on Friday evening that the voice in the recording is indeed her mother: “I just heard audio, my mother died and hearing her voice made me cry. She was such a good mom and always watching out for me even now,” she said.

"Yes, hello. I'm wondering what a staffer would do besides go to the press in Washington? My daughter has just left there, after working for a prominent senator, and could not get through with her problems at all, and the only thing she could have done was go to the press, and she chose not to do it out of respect for him," the caller tells King.

The allegations against Biden have largely been ignored by the American mainstream media over the last three weeks.
