A Los Angeles County Health Inspector was caught dancing on video after informing a worker at a Los Angeles based brewery that they needed to close, citing that they were operating in violation of county guidelines.
An owner with Bravery Brewery in Los Angeles told Fox News on Monday night that the inspector visited the brewery on Super Bowl Sunday and told one of his employees that the brewery was in violation of county guidelines, thus having to close.
Bart Avery, one of the Brewery’s owners, told Fox News that his brewery has been "decimated financially and emotionally."

The brewery’s security camera caught the health inspector dancing on camera after delivering the unfortunate news. "The perception really sucks," Bart Avery said in response to the dancing.
The health inspector originally shut down the brewery for not having a food truck for serving as per regulations, but the brewery was only pouring draft beer to go, so a food truck was n ot required to operate.
Avery mentioned that his Brewery was operating well under county guidelines and the health inspector had no right to shut down his business. The health inspector then admitted that there was a misunderstanding and the business could resume.
