Speaker of the House of Representatives Nancy Pelosi was "spotted" marching in Washington, DC on Wednesday, showing solidarity with protestors.

Earlier today, Pelosi held back no punches—as per usual—in criticizing US President Donald Trump, rhetorically asking Morning Joe hosts if we lived in a "banana republic."

The speaker criticized Trump's decision to visit the Church of St John's, which was burnt and vandalized by looters and violent protestors. Pelosi said Trump's action showed "contradictions" and "inconsistency."

“If you're going to hold up a Bible and stand in front of a church, then your message should be consistent with that Bible and those values. And of course, it was not,” she said on NBC.
