Fox 9 reports: "Our crews saw medics rushing onto the highway near Washington Avenue towards some people who may have been struck by the tanker truck. Witnesses tell FOX 9 they saw a few people get hit. FOX 9 has been unable to confirm if and how many people may have been hurt."
