“None of that is true. He’s a good dad and a good husband," Leslie Turner said.

The wife of missing Virginia high school football coach Travis Turner has denied allegations that he was involved with child pornography as well as attempts to have sex with a minor. This comes after Turner has mysteriously gone missing.

Leslie Turner told the Daily Mail, “I don’t know anything. I don’t know anything. I’m sorry," after police announced the allegations against her husband. The 45-year-old football coach is being investigated for five counts of possession of child pornography as well as using a computer to solicit sex from a minor. “None of that is true. He’s a good dad and a good husband," Leslie Turner said.

Police had been making their way over to Turner's home in Virginia when they were informed that he was not home and was missing. He has not been able to be located since Thursday, and a search has been launched to locate the coach. Turner's wife is standing by him amid the allegations and said that their family has been worried about him since he went missing. “We want him home. That’s it,” she said. “We are all just hanging in there until we get news.”

Leslie Turner said she was "told not to comment" after she was asked about rumors that the coach was spotted with a rifle since he went missing. Turner has been the head football coach at Union High School in Big Stone Gap.

A staffer was recently put on leave over interactions with students. The school, as well as Turner's wife, has declined to confirm if he was the staffer put on leave at the school. Prior to his disappearance, Turner was leading the football team on an undefeated streak and was a well-known figure in town.
