Toronto Police stopped a car on Don Valley Parkway on January 1 which was going at 203km/h, instead of the speed limit of 90.
The 25-year-old driver was driving a yellow Lamborghini Urus, a ultra-luxurious and fast SUV that starts at $252,965. The driver only had a G2 learners permit, Driving.ca reported.
The car was seized by police and the driver has had his license suspended for seven days. He has also been charged with Stunt Driving and Dangerous Operation of a motor vehicle.
If the driver is convicted, he could face greater penalties.
