The British Columbia Centre for Disease Control made headlines both at home and abroad, after their safe sex guidelines advocated for the use of glory holes to avoid face-to-face contact.

In response to the sex tip, YouPorn, a free porno site that in 2007 reportedly brought in an estimated $120,000 in monthly ad revenue, sent a letter to the aptly named BC Health Minister Adrian Dix offering to build glory holes across the province.

"We are aligned with the BC CDC and would like to extend an offer of our support in an effort to continue to flatten the curve without forgoing sexual pleasure," the statement reads.

"To help provide people with a safe option for engaging in sexual activity, we would like to offer the province of British Columbia a grant for $100K to support the building of glory holes across the province. Hope to see you on the other side!"

Dix has not yet publicly responded to YouPorn's offer.
