The names of over 170 people with links to Jeffrey Epstein are set to be made public in the coming weeks after a Manhattan federal judge Loretta Preska ordered that a slew of court documents related to the crimes committed by the convicted pedophile be unsealed.

The documents originate from the defamation lawsuit filed against Ghislaine Maxwell in 2015 by one of Epstein's victims, Virginia Giuffre.

According to the New York Post, the dozens of people who have until now only been identified as Jane or John Doe have two weeks to appeal Preska's decision before the information is "unsealed in full."

Preska did, however, make concessions for certain individuals, arguing that releasing their identities would disclose sensitive information regarding an alleged minor victim of sexual abuse who has not spoken publicly and who has maintained his or her privacy."

There has been a growing push to publicly identify and hold to account the powerful individuals who were involved with Epstein in any way during his crime-riddled life.

In November, for example, Tennessee Sen. Marsha Blackburn (R) issued a subpoena for Epstein's flight logs.

"Given the numerous allegations of human trafficking and sexual abuse surrounding Mr. Epstein," she said, "I think it is very important that we identify everybody that was on that plane, and how many trips they took on that plane, and the destinations to which they arrived."

Blackburn later claimed that her request was blocked by Illinois Sen. Dick Durbin (D), accusing him and the Democrats of not wanting to "have a conversation about the estate of Jeffrey Epstein to find out the names of every person who participated in Jeffrey Epstein’s human trafficking ring."

In the years since Epstein didn't kill himself at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in 2019, a number of victims, and one of his pilots, have come out claiming that a slew of prominent individuals, including Bill Gates, Price Andrew, and Donald Trump, flew with the accused sex offender.
