Monsee is facing time in prison as well as a fine of up to $15,000. Monsee, however, is defending herself by saying she was only making “traditional” meals.
Anigar Monsee, 28, who killed, disemboweled, and skinned live animals online, was convicted of four felony counts of aggravated cruelty to animals in a Delaware Court, reports The Daily Mail.
Monsee is facing time in prison as well as a fine of up to $15,000. Monsee, however, is defending herself by saying she was only making “traditional” meals.
“Right now, I’m facing the most terrifying moment of my life—I may be sent to jail or even deported over something I never imagined would put our lives in jeopardy: cooking traditional meals with animals like chicken and frog,” Monsee wrote in her GoFundMe.

"This has turned into a legal nightmare, and I’m terrified of what could happen to my daughter if I’m taken away from her. She’s my whole world, and I’ve always tried to do everything I can to give her love, stability, and a future."
“I’m asking for help so I can pay for legal support and make sure my daughter is taken care of through all of this. Anything you can give—whether it’s a donation or simply sharing this page—means everything to us,” it states.
"Thank you for reading, for caring, and for standing with us in this impossible time," she concluded on the GoFundMe.
Authorities don’t see it that way. In one 49-minute-long video, Monsee was seen torturing a pigeon before cutting its head off. In another, she breaks a live chicken’s neck before plucking all of its feathers out. In another video that was uploaded in January, she was seen torturing a chicken for 10 minutes, then stepped on it and slit its throat with a dull knife.
Monsee uploaded the videos to her YouTube channel which had 20,000 subscribers. Upper Darby Police Superintendent Tim Bernhardt called the case “disturbing and barbaric.”
“Even more disturbing is that there are people out there that are entertained by this and there's a platform out there that is allowing it,” he added in a statement. “It takes a cold, heartless person to harm the animals. But we would never have known this, this would never have come across our desk, had it not been for the people out there who saw this and notified us.”
