Prime Time #99 star Alex Stein was recently escorted out of a Las Vegas casino after a surreal altercation ensued between Stein and legendary NFL running back Marshawn Lynch. In an unbelievable video released on X, the 215 lbs. NFL superstar — now an LGBT movie star — can be seen repeatedly pursuing the political comedian, with Stein eventually being removed from the casino by security.

Stein told The Post Millennial about the altercation and revealed that he has both retained a lawyer after the incident and issued a letter to the New York, New York Hotel & Casino demanding reasonable steps are taken "to ensure that the electronic information is safeguarded and preserved until the full resolution" of a potential legal case.

Stein managed to capture parts of the altercation on camera.

"Marshawn, I'm with this legend, the man himself Marshawn say what's up," Stein could be heard saying in a video as Lynch appears to reach out and slap Stein's camera downwards.

In another moment, Stein can be seen rapidly walking away from Lynch while saying, "Get off me Marshawn, get off me. What are you doing? What are you doing Marshawn?"

Marshawn then yells "wassup, hey, wassup" as he continues to pursue Stein, who simply repeats, "I don't want any beef. I don't want any beef. I don't want any beef."

Stein was eventually kicked out of the casino via a security escort, as is seen in the posted footage.

In an exclusive interview with The Post Millennial, Stein described his account of what took place both before and after his posted footage.

Stein says the interaction began when he, a self-described fan of Lynch, approached the former NFL player to ask for a selfie after randomly coming across him at the New York, New York Casino in Las Vegas. Lynch, who Stein claims famously refuses photo requests with adult men, rapidly grew furious.

"What makes me so mad about it is all the bad stuff happened off-camera," Stein explained. "I didn't know it was gonna go like that I didn't think all of a sudden he was started assaulting me and chasing me through a casino.  I thought he would just kind of clown me or just like basically ignore me. But instead of ignoring me, he engaged with me more than I wanted to engage."

"He wanted to literally bash my head in."

Stein said that despite having attended rallies where he has taken punches and hits from trans-rights activists, as well as others where he has observed members of Antifa were holding guns in order to protect a drag queen storytimes he was still more scared of Lynch.

"He was just so out of touch with reality. Like, I could just tell this guy did not care if he got arrested. He doesn't care if he gets in trouble. He just gave no effs as you would say."

"The problem is once the short video ends of my interaction with him I wanted to keep filming but he starts literally going for my phone so I can't film it," explained Stein. "So at one point, he had my hand and my phone gripped he has he's these like boxing glove bits of hands that are bigger than mine and strong."

Stein said that he eventually managed to break away, before running over behind the dealer's pit out of fear of being attacked by Lynch again.

"I ran straight to a roulette table and went behind it where the dealer was I was in a pit so there was like eight casino tables where there's blackjack roulette around me. And all of a sudden the dealer's like 'you gotta get back here, this is illegal, you can't be back here in the pinball. You gotta go.'"

"And I go, 'no I need security, I need police, Marshawn Lynch is trying to kill me,'" continued Stein. "And they look at me very dumbfounded. But the people at the roulette table, once I point, Marshawn is right on the other side of the velvet ropes and I'm scared to death. But everybody collectively when I said that's Marshawn Lynch is like, 'oh, that’s so awesome that's Marshawn Lynch.' So it's such a funny juxtaposition where I was scared to death, Marshawn was pissed at me, but all the people seeing him were like, 'oh, that's one of my favorite football players.' Dude, it was the weirdest vibes. Like, it's just hard to describe. I'm scared to death, Marshawn is pissed, and they were all excited to just be there."

"I was scared to death because Marshawn wasn't by himself. These are three guys and then a girl with a kid, maybe his baby mama? I don't know."

Stein said that after being kicked out by security soon thereafter, despite being the victim of an alleged assault, he fled the scene via a taxi cab, and that a suspicious vehicle then suddenly pulled up behind him.

"We go to the Encore and as we are pulling up all of a sudden a Rolls Royce is behind us and I think, 'oh my gosh that's Marshawn Lynch' and ended it up just being like a normal Asian guy. But I was scared when I got out of the door."

Lynch, who became famous off his 12-season career with the NFL, has recently pursued a different means of income: starring in a new hit LGBTQ movie.

The recently released film, BOTTOMS, tells the tale of two lesbian high school girls who hatch a plot to set up a female-only fight club in order to help them achieve their goal of having sex with a couple of the "hottest" cheerleaders.

In the movie, Lynch plays the role of an eccentric teacher named Mr. G. Highlight lines from Lynch include him telling the high school girls that if they "didn't have no coochie game you should have came and hollad at Mr. G," before adding, "I was a p*syy magnet."

He also cheekily asks the girls, "Was it good though?"

In other recent media appearances by Lynch, he was seen admitting on an ESPN short to drinking at least one shot of Hennesey before the start of many football games he had played. Lynch was notably hit with a DUI charge in Las Vegas, the same place he met Stein, just last year.

After the confrontation, Stein contacted the New York, New York Las Vegas Hotel & Casino to request the preservation of any security footage from the interaction between himself and Lynch.

The letter, which Stein shared with TPM, cites a "critical legal claim" regarding the alleged assault committed by the former football player turned LGBTQ movie star:

"This letter is to notify you I have reason to believe that electronic information residing within the technology infrastructure and information assets of the New York, New York Las Vegas Hotel & Casino (the "Casino") may contain evidence critical to a legal claim regarding the incident that occurred in the Casino on Sunday, October 1, 2023," the letter begins. "Specifically, on that day, I was assaulted by an individual in the Casino in full view of the casino surveillance cameras."

It continues, "This letter is to put the Casino on notice that if a lawsuit is filed against the Casino or another party, the surveillance camera footage of the incident will be requested via discovery request for production or third-party subpoena. The casino has an obligation to take reasonable steps to ensure that the electronic information is safeguarded and preserved until the full resolution of this legal matter."

"Data preservation includes, but is not limited to, ceasing all data destruction activities, automatic email deletion functions, backup tape recycling, hard drive reformatting, and cache removing procedures. Please note that clearly defined laws and rules barring the destruction of evidence directly applies to electronic evidence and any information is created or stored in a digital form that is relevant to a case. Failure to take all reasonable steps towards preserving electronic information will damage the aforementioned legal matter and result in severe penalties for the Casino."

Please confirm receipt of this email and that appropriate reservation steps are being taken, it concludes. "Thank you for your cooperation in this matter."

Upon being asked for comment on the matter, Stein's lawyer emphasized that "Alex is a fan of Mr. Lynch" and said, "the episode was surreal and we are just glad that nobody was hurt."
