Around $1 million came via Right Texas, a super PAC that endorsed him in December.
Since launching his congressional campaign in Texas' 26th District in November of last year, Brandon Gill has managed to raise nearly $1.5 million.
Gill, who has labeled himself "America First," is competing against nine other Republican candidates to receive the nomination when voters in the district head to the polls for the March 5 primary election.
"In the race for Texas' 26th open Congressional District, Brandon Gill today announces nearly $1.5 million raised in less than two months since launching his America First campaign," the candidate's office wrote in a press release.
It was revealed that $500,000 had been raised by the Brandon Gill for Texas congressional campaign committee while the other $1 million came via Right Texas, a super PAC that endorsed him in December.
"The broken status quo in Washington must change," Gill said, per the press release. "It's an honor to receive support from across our district who want to send an America First candidate to Washington."
He vowed to "fight to secure our southern border, end reckless spending, and stop woke and weaponized government," adding, "We have a country to save."
Gill, who is married to the daughter of prominent conservative commentator and filmmaker Dinesh D'Souza, has managed to obtain a number of high-profile endorsements for his campaign, including from former President Donald Trump.
In early December, the former president announced his support for Gill via a post on Truth Social.
