Following Jeopardy! guest host NFL quarterback Aaron Rogers, Anderson Cooper’s first week as guest host brought the shows rating down 7 percent to just 5.1, marking the lowest rated debut of any Jeopardy! host, according to The Wrap.

Cooper's 5.1 rating during his first week dropped the famous game show to second place, with Family Feud now holding the number one spot at a 5.5 rating.

Dr. Oz, who faced backlash over hosting the show, previously held the title of lowest rated debut week at a 5.2 rating, with Cooper now taking that title. Dr. Oz's two-week average was a 5.1. Cooper follows previous guest host Rogers, who brought in a 5.6 rating in his first week.

The highest rated guest host so far has been Ken Jennings, the Jeopardy! record holder for wins and cash prizes, who was the first to fill the position in Alex Trebek's passing. He drew in a 6.2 rating in his first week, and a 5.9 the next.

In Trebek's farewell week, the show brought in a 6.6 rating, with his final episode on January 8 being viewed by 14 million people, the highest number of viewers in a year.

Future guest hosts will include Mayim Billikens, CNN's Dr. Sanjay Gupta, George Stephanopolous, and the highly demanded Levar Burton, former host and producer of the PBS show Reading Rainbow.
