Famous conjoined twins Abby and Brittany Hensel uploaded a TikTok video over the weekend in response to viral photos circulating online that showed them holding a newborn baby.

The video featured images of the twins pushing a stroller and holding a child, with the caption “blessed” and hashtags including their names, as well as “sisterhood” and “respect.” Instead of clearing up speculation, the post left fans even more puzzled as questions remain about the baby’s identity.

“I have so many questions,” one user commented, according to a report by the New York Post. Another typed, “Omg, we need more information here.”

On August 14, the twins were photographed holding a baby, and TMZ images showed them placing a car seat into their vehicle in a Minnesota parking lot. They have since been spotted several times with the baby, including a stop at McDonald’s before work on August 30. Neither the twins nor Abby’s husband, Josh Bowling, has confirmed if the child is theirs.

The sisters first gained national attention in 1996 when they appeared on “The Oprah Winfrey Show.” In 2012, they starred in their own TLC reality series that lasted one season. The two sisters share one torso, organs, and bloodstream, but each has their own head. They currently have a large online following, with over 300,000 followers on TikTok.

In 2021, Abby married Bowling, though the wedding only became public in 2024 when Today.com obtained marriage records.
