Two people have been shot in Philadelphia’s Spring Garden neighborhood as the city gathered in the streets for the Philadelphia Eagles’ Super Bowl victory parade Friday afternoon.
Police said that the shooting occurred at 23rd and Spring Garden Streets, near the parade route, per CBS News. The two people who were shot were women, police said, and showed up at a medic tent at the intersection with gunshot wounds to their legs. They were both in stable condition.
