Federal authorities on Tuesday morning raided a Beverly Hills mansion in relation to an investigation into disgraced former Rep. Eric Swalwell.

The raid is reportedly connected to the sexual misconduct probe Swalwell is facing, the Daily Mail reported, and a law enforcement source told the outlet that the mansion belongs to a billionaire megadonor connected to the investigation.

This comes after the FBI confronted Swalwell at a San Francisco airport in August and seized his electronic devices, as well as executed a search warrant on his Washington, DC home as part of a probe into allegations of sexual misconduct. In April, Swalwell resigned from Congress and dropped out of the California governor's race after multiple women came forward with allegations of sexual misconduct against him.

Among those women is a former staffer, who alleged that Swalwell had raped her while she was too drunk to consent two times, once in 2019 and again in 2024. Another woman claimed that Swalwell had drugged her and raped her in 2018. Two other women said that he had sent them unsolicited pictures of his genitalia.
