BREAKING: DNI Tulsi Gabbard declassifies docs confirming 40 Ukraine biolabs funded and backed by the US government

Outgoing Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard has revealed that the US has been funding 120 biolabs in over 30 countries around the world, including 40 labs in Ukraine. She said that many of these labs have been doing gain-of-function research with little oversight. 

"Today, I’m releasing never before seen intelligence revealing new evidence of past US government funding for more than 120 biolabs in over 30 countries, including Ukraine. In support of President Trump‘s Executive Order to end federal funding of dangerous gain of function research around the world, and increase transparency and accountability, ODNI will continue working with partners across the Administration to identify where these labs are, what pathogens they contain, and what 'research' is being conducted," Tulsi said in a statement with a video on X.

Gabbard slammed Dr. Anthony Fauci as well as the Biden administration in her comments, saying that they "lied repeatedly to the American people about the existence of US-funded and supported bio labs." Documents released by Gabbard detailed the cost of several labs in Ukraine, ranging from $1.7 million to $3.5 million.



According to the newly declassified files, there are 40 of the biolabs in Ukraine. Gabbard added in her statement that some of the labs in Ukraine may be at risk because of the war with Russia.



“The intelligence community had previously warned that a US-funded bio lab in Ukraine likely housed dangerous pathogens and remained vulnerable to longstanding threats of Russian attack, seizure, or damage. Until now, evidence regarding the full existence and funding of these laboratories had been knowingly withheld from you, the American people,” she said.

"Many of these US government-funded bio labs are currently or have previously engaged in research using hazardous and highly contagious pathogens, and in some cases included dangerous gain of function research with very little visibility or oversight," she added. 

Gabbard said that the ODBI has been directed to increase the collection of information on the various overseas labs, and said that testing taking place some of the facilities are “raising significant ethical, financial, and security concerns.”
