Wednesday was the day Elon Musk, the SpaceX , Tesla and Twitter guru finally passed Barack Obama, becoming the world's most followed human.

Musk bought Twitter in April of 2022 in order to restore free speech to the internet.

At the time of publication, Musk and Obama are neck-and-neck with Musk slightly ahead and both men over 133,000,000. Musk, however is averaging approximately 100,000 new folowers a day and Obama is leaking around 7,000 per day according to Socialblade. Within another 24 hours, Musk will be the undisputed king of Twitter.

Musk released a statement at the time, saying "Free speech is the bedrock of a functioning democracy, and Twitter is the digital town square where matters vital to the future of humanity are debated. I also want to make Twitter better than ever by enhancing the product with new features, making the algorithms open source to increase trust, defeating the spam bots, and authenticating all humans."

Musk's purchase of Twitter triggered progressives throughout the world, including within Twitter

He quickly moved to make the collusion between big tech, the mainstream media, the FBI, and the Democrats known to the world via the Twitter files.

Progressive icon Barack Obama was the 44th President of the United States. Revered by the liberal elite, Obama greatly increased the power of the American surveillance state.

In 2013, former NSA contractor Edward Snowden revealed widespread government spying on Americans’ phone calls.

“I think it’s important to recognize that you can’t have 100 percent security and also then have 100 percent privacy and zero inconvenience,” Obama said at the time

Obama authorized 542 drone strikes and killed an estimated 3,797 people, including 324 civilians, during his time as Commander-in chief, saying “Turns out I’m really good at killing people. Didn’t know that was gonna be a strong suit of mine.”
