Speaking with Joe Rogan in a podcast episode released on Tuesday, X owner Elon Musk said that billionaire Democrat donor George Soros "fundamentally hates humanity."

"He’s doing things that erode the fabric of civilization," Musk elaborated. "You know, getting the DAs elected who refuse to prosecute crime. That’s probably the problem in San Francisco and LA and a bunch of other cities."

Rogan asked whether this was just the US or the entire world, to which Musk replied, "I mean, he’s pushing these things in other countries too."

"Now, George at this point is pretty old … he’s basically a bit senile at this point, but I mean, he’s very smart, and he’s very good at arbitrage."

Musk later added, "Soros realized that you don’t actually need to change the laws, you just need to change how they’re enforced. If nobody chooses to enforce the law or the laws are differentially enforced, it’s like changing the laws."

This is a breaking story and will be updated.
