BREAKING: House Oversight investigates Kamala's actions as 'border czar'

The House Oversight Committee has launched an investigation into Vice President Kamala Harris actions as "border czar" and the administration's lack of security on the southern border in the ongoing immigration crisis.

"The Committee on Oversight and Accountability is investigating Vice President Harris's role in effectuating the worst border crisis in American history. On March 24, 2021, President Biden tasked Vice President Harris with 'stemming the migration to our southern border.”

“The media anointed her the Administration's 'border czar.' Since the Biden-Harris Administration assumed office, there have been more than 8 million illegal aliens encountered entering the country through the southwest border and over 1.6 million 'gotaways.' The mass illegal migration in the Biden-Harris administration has contributed to murderers, sexual assaults, and serious bodily injuries committed against numerous Americans at the hands of illegal aliens."

"The Committee requests documents and communications to understand Vice President Harris's role in the worst border crisis in American history," the letter added. The committee posted alongside the memo, "Chairman Comer is asking CBP to hand over documents and communications with the Executive Office of the Vice President related to either the southwest border or illegal immigration. America deserves to know what their 'border czar' has done to keep them and their communities safe."

In response to Harris taking the Democratic Party’s nomination when Biden dropped out, many correctly pointed out that the media widely reported Harris as the “border czar in 2021. News outlet Axios claimed that Harris was never the border czar, even though they themselves had labeled her as such in previous reporting.
