Melania will be present as former president Donald Trump officially accepts the GOP's nomination for president.
Former First Lady Melania Trump is scheduled to attend the Republican National Convention next week, which will be held in Milwaukee.
While it is not yet confirmed what role she will play at the convention or if she will be a part of the lineup of speakers, Melania will be present at the event where her husband, former President Donald Trump, is set to officially accept the GOP’s nomination for president, according to a report by CNN.
Typically more reserved and often staying out of the public spotlight during her husband's campaign activities, Melania has been largely absent from Trump's recent campaign events. She is also reportedly "very selective" when choosing her political appearances. However, Melania played a prominent role at the 2016 convention, delivering a speech to the attendees. She also addressed the 2020 convention, discussing her experiences as First Lady during Trump's term in office.
