"Leo passed away peacefully after a long battle with cancer."
"Leo passed away peacefully after a long battle with cancer," the spokesperson told the Daily Mail. "His family have requested privacy at this difficult time." Radvinsky's net worth at the time of his death was around $4.7 billion because his firm, Fenix International Limited, has a majority ownership of OnlyFans.
The Ukrainian-American porn site owner was the director and majority shareholder in the company. He took over the company from the Stokely family in 2018 and then grew the adult content site to what it is today. In 2024, those subscribed to the adult content site spent $7.2 billion on the platform.
Radvinsky had been trying to sell the business last year but was struggling to find a buyer at the time that would want to purchase the site based on X-rated content. His battle with cancer was largely unknown to the public, and he kept a low profile, according to the New York Post.
The pornography subscription site has been banned in several countries because of its business model, which incentivizes the production of X content from the creators and the consumption of such content by the user.
Although the platform has attempted to attract celebrities, chefs, as well as other more mainstream content creators, is has been best known for its X-rated content. The site takes a 20 percent cut of subscription revenues and sells digital marketing. In 2024, there were 4.6 million subscription accounts and there were 377 million users.
Radvinsky's Facebook profile states that he is an "accomplished venture capital investor, philanthropist, and technology entrepreneur." However, there is no mention that he was the owner of the X-rated, subscription-based platform. It is also not mentioned on his bare-bones venture capital website, where he says his mission is to "help entrepreneurs and young companies build something special, and then be there every step of the way until the final vision is realized."
Radvinsky was born on May 30, 1982, was the founder of porn website MrFreeCams in addition to being the majority owner in OnlyFans. He had an estimated net worth of $7.8 billion in 2025. He made $1.9 million a day while he was alive.
Last year, Reuters reported that there were over 140 police reports related to OnlyFans where sexually explicit content from men and women were posted on the platform without their consent. Alleged rape videos have been posted to the site and law enforcement has struggled to monitor such nonconsensual pornography that has been posted to the website.
OnlyFans has claimed that it is “the safest social media platform in the world.”
