On Tuesday, 2024 GOP frontrunner Donald Trump blasted Special Counsel Jack Smith and Biden’s Department of Justice for engaging in prosecutorial misconduct ahead of another indictment against the former President.

Trump wrote on Truth Social that he expects another indictment from Smith to be handed down this evening, asking "why didn’t they do this 2.5 years ago?"

"Why did they wait so long? Because they wanted to put it right in the middle of my campaign. Prosecutorial misconduct!"

In another post, Trump questioned why the Department of Justice would hand down another indictment the day after Devon Archer, a former business partner of Hunter Biden, testified in a closed-door meeting before Congress.

"Also why are they putting out another fake indictment the day after the crooked Joe Biden scandal, one of the biggest in American history, broke out in the halls of Congress? A nation in decline."

In a statement from the Trump campaign, they blasted the indictment as "the latest corrupt chapter in the continued pathetic attempt by the Biden Crime Family and their weaponized Department of Justice to interfere with the 2024 Presidential Election, in which President Trump is the undisputed frontrunner, and leading by substantial margins.

This is a breaking story and will be updated.
