President Donald Trump has said that coronavirus will “wash through” in July and August, meaning Trump expects the most deadly portion of this pandemic to be finished by the summer.
In a press conference delivered on Monday in Washington, Trump did warn that the coronavirus defence measures could go on for longer, although July and August seems most likely. Trump went on to say that the situation is “very bad.”
Trump says he is not considering a nation-wide lockdown, although he would look to close down certain “hot spots” if the virus continues to permeate. The president also clarified that himself is entirely healthy and coronavirus free.
Trump asserted that his administration “is doing a very good job” when it comes to Coronavirus, although he did not deny that America may very well be heading into a recession.
