Former President Donald Trump will be speaking at Turning Point USA's Student Action Summit in Tampa, Florida, one of the largest conservative conferences in the United States.
Charlie Kirk, Turning Point USA CEO and host of The Charlie Kirk Show, made the announcement that Trump would be speaking at the Friday event on Twitter.
"Honored to have 45 back again at #SAS2022 this July in Tampa, Florida," Kirk tweeted with a graphic of the former President.
"And this is just the beginning... dozens more incredible guests still to be announced in the coming weeks. This event will be bigger and better than ever," Kirk added.
Endorsed by Turning Point Action, Donald Trump's appearance marks his first return to a national Turning Point USA conference since 2019.
Although Trump has not announced whether or not he will be running in the 2024 Presidential Election, he floated the idea during a recent rally and in an interview with Fox News' Greg Gutfeld, saying that people will be "very happy."
"I love our country," Trump said. "I think you'll be very happy. I would say two, three years ago you might not have been that happy but now I think you'd be happy… I'll make a decision in the not-so-distant future."
While out for a round of golf with his friends in January, former President Donald Trump declared himself President Joe Biden's successor in the Oval Office. He referred to himself as both the "45th" and "47th" President of the United States.
Turning Point USA's Student Action Summit, which features the biggest names in conservative politics, will be taking place in Tampa, Florida from July 22 to 24.
Students who attend this elite conference will hear from guest speakers, receive first-class activism and leadership training, and participate in a series of networking events with political leaders and top-tier activist organizations, according to their website.
