Bosa also made headlines after calling controversial quarterback turned black activist Colin Kaepernick a “clown” after the former quarterback kneeled during the national anthem.
The interviewer then laughed, saying “Nick Bosa with a message there!” While his teammates chuckled.
The message comes after the 49ers beat the Cowboys 30-24 in San Francisco.
The message also comes just hours after a massive speaking event by President Donald Trump at Madison Square Garden, featuring guests such as Elon Musk, JD Vance, Vivek Ramaswamy, Melania Trump, his sons, Dana White, Hulk Hogan, Tucker Carlson and Tony Hinchcliffe, among others.
Bosa is not the first NFLer to show his approval for the former president. Trump recently touted the endorsements of former Pittsburgh Steelers players Antonio Brown and LeVeon Bell, who appeared alongside Trump during a campaign stop in Pennsylvania.
Bosa has never directly endorsed Trump, but voiced favorable views for him during his 2016 presidential campaign. Trump would even congratulate Bosa on the last day of the 2019 draft in a post to X (then Twitter): “Congratulations to Nick Bosa on being picked number two in the NFL Draft. You will be a great player for years to come, maybe one of the best. Big Talent! San Francisco will embrace you, but most importantly, always stay true to yourself. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!”
He also praised Bosa during a 2019 rally in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
