Tucker Carlson slammed Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau on Monday night for his remarks jumping on "an opportunity for a reset" amid the coronavirus pandemic to "reimagine economic systems."

Carlson played a video of Trudeau speaking at a United Nations conference on Sept. 29, expressing what he envisions for Canada post-coronavirus pandemic. Trudeau even adopted the Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden's “Build Back Better" campaign slogan into his language.

"This pandemic has provided an opportunity for a reset. This is our chance to accelerate our pre-pandemic efforts to reimagine economic systems that actually address global challenges like extreme poverty, inequality, and climate change," Trudeau said.

Carlson parodied Trudeau. "Oh, this is our chance," he mimicked. "Not our chance to save you from a virus with a 99 percent survival rate."

"You'll almost certainly be fine, and they're fully aware of that. This is our chance to impose totally unprecedented social controls on the population in order to bypass democracy and change everything to conform with their weird academic theories that have never been tested in the real world, and by the way, don't actually make sense," the Fox News host continued. "This is their chance."

The coronavirus crisis has been used as a launch point to achieve a social justice wish list. Spearheaded by the World Economic Forum, the Great Reset is an elitist attempt to enact global socialism, based in a set of values that comprise a new religion. Individual are called to worship each other and draw morality from what is perceived to be the best group outcome.
