Two people are dead following a shooting at a Houston flea market where thousands were shopping on Sunday, say the Harris County Sheriff's Office said.

The shooting appeared to stem from an altercation between five men, the sheriff's office said, according to ABC News.

Two died on scene. Another three men were hospitalized in critical condition, officials said.

Authorities said no innocent bystanders were hurt in the shooting.

Two possible suspects were detained at the scene, and a third was taken to a hospital, according to the sheriff's office.

As well, authorities said they recovered at least two pistols.
