The groundbreaking comments were revealed to James O'Keefe of OMG Media.
Charlie Kraiger, who is a top official in the cybersecurity policy analyst and foreign affairs executive office of the president, disclosed the groundbreaking revelations to James O'Keefe of OMG Media during an undercover operation published on Wednesday.
Kraiger confirmed that the White House is concerned about President Biden's cognitive health, informing O'Keefe that "Biden is definitely slowing down."
"I'm just telling you what I've heard…they’re really concerned about it," he said. "But no one in modern history has ever said, like, ‘We're not going to renominate the president for a second term.'"
In addition to the confirmation of the declining state of Biden's mental capacity, Kraiger revealed that the White House has an alleged desire to remove Kamala Harris as vice president.
"I think they need to get rid of him or her," said Kraiger. "Vice President Harris hemorrhages black staff. She can't keep black staff. They quit on her en masse."
While the White House might want to replace VP Harris, that desire might not come to fruition because "she's the first black lady to be vice president" and removing her could result in a loss of support from the black community, according to Kraiger.
"She will be the vice president nominee. There was a debate about removing her from the ticket, but sadly they didn’t, she's not popular, but you can’t remove the first black lady to be vice president from the Goddamn presidential ticket. Like what kind of message are you going to send to like African-American voters…People would be like, "What the f*ck?” Like she's a woman and she's multiracial," Kraiger told O'Keefe.
In regard to the possibility of former First Lady Michelle Obama launching a presidential bid, Kraiger told O'Keefe that she has no interest in running for office.
"I had a meeting with Michelle Obama...Someone asked her, 'Will you ever run for office?' And she said, 'No,' empathically.” She was like, 'I've seen all this sh*t my husband has had to go through and that does not interest me,'" said Kraiger.
Charlie Kraiger, who manages cybersecurity for the US State Department and the US Agency for International Development, described himself to O'Keefe as "the president's voice" and explained that his mission is to protect networks, promote President Biden's priorities, and work with the Security Council and other parts of the White House. Kraiger said that he is "fairly high up" in the federal government and works directly with senior-level officials in the Biden administration.
