California taxpayers fund FREE sex changes for homeless illegal aliens: report

A new report has revealed how transgender illegal immigrants are coming to the state of California in order to receive taxpayer-funded sex changes. The City Journal spoke with a number of transgender individuals at San Francisco’s homeless shelters who said they were able to receive such services. 

Among a group of transgender illegal immigrants being housed at the city’s largest homeless shelter, St. Vincent de Paul’s MSC-South facility, is "Lyca," who confirmed he is an illegal immigrant from Honduras and is a trans-identified male. He told Christopher Rufo and Jonathan Choe for the Manhattan Institute’s City Journal that he was receiving cross-sex hormones, and said he had Medi-Cal, the state’s healthcare program. 

At the Embarcadero SAFE Navigation Center, a trans-identified male who went by the name Jacqueline and claimed to be a lawful US resident from Mexico, told the City Journal that illegal aliens could receive breast implants like he had through the state. 

Jacqueline said he had received cross-sex hormones, and received breast implants through Medi-Cal. "Even though you’re undocumented," he said, "you can get them." He added, "You have to have a process, the hormones… go through therapy."

He also said that he was awaiting "bottom surgery," which can involve creating the appearance of a vagina through the inversion of a penis. 

Choe and Rufo said they also met up with another group of trans-identified male illegal immigrants outside the Taimon Booton Navigation Center, which focuses on "transgender, gender non-conforming & intersex people," who said that they wanted to receive sex change treatments. 

Choe and Rufo wrote, "Apparently, word has traveled down the continent to the transgender communities in Mexico, Honduras, and elsewhere: if you make it all the way to California, the government will pay for your shelter, hormones, and surgeries—no questions asked."
