Late Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk’s final book was released on Tuesday, titled "Stop, in the Name of God: Why Honoring the Sabbath Will Transform Your Life." Not long after its release, the book had sold out and skyrocketed to the top of the charts on Amazon.

Just hours after it was released on Tuesday, the book reached the top of the Amazon Best Sellers list. By Wednesday morning, the book was also number one in the Religious Studies Education and Christian Commentaries top sellers. The book has sold out on Amazon. The book has also been listed as a bestseller at Barnes & Noble, and is a popular pick at Walmart.

A description of the book on Winning Team Publishing’s website, the publisher of the novel, says that the book "will help you discover how observing the Sabbath isn't a rejection of modern life, but a rebellion against busyness and a pathway to genuine connection, peace, and presence."

"Through Stop, in the Name of God, bestselling author Charlie Kirk guides you on how to unplug, recharge, and reconnect with God, family, and yourself in a way that nurtures your soul. In a world dominated by screens and constant noise, Stop, in the Name of God, presents the Sabbath as a radical act of resistance. Packed with practical insights and spiritual wisdom, Charlie Kirk demonstrates how honoring the Sabbath restores balance, reduces anxiety, and nourishes your soul. It's not just a day of rest-it's a lifeline to reclaiming what truly matters," the description added.

Winning Team Publishing had printed 200,000 copies of the book, some of which are still available from other retailers and the publishing company’s website, and a representative of the company said that more would be printed. The representative said that around 60,000 copies were sold on Amazon alone by Tuesday afternoon, per the Wall Street Journal.

The representative said, "We are humbled by the overwhelming interest. Charlie continues to have an unprecedented impact, and we look forward to ensuring this book is widely available." Senior Director of Books at Barnes & Noble Shannon DeVito said that "a ton" of the books have been sold and the chain is ordering more.

Trump lauded the book on Tuesday, writing, "One month before a monster took him away from us, the Great Charlie Kirk finished his final Book, “Stop, in the Name of God: Why Honoring the Sabbath Will Transform Your Life.” As Charlie often said, “If I’m to be known for anything, I want to be known for being courageous for my Faith.” Charlie cared deeply about God and Country and, in this powerful book, his Wisdom, Courage, and Conviction inspires us all to turn to God for guidance against the Evil in this World, which we too can overcome, SO HELP US GOD."

Speaking on the themes of the book with Fox News’ The Five on Tuesday, Erika Kirk said, "I saw a side of my husband that the world never got to see. And that to me was so special because that was him just being able to breathe, be able to be with the Lord, let my children climb all over him, be daddy."

"He knew that this was something that the world needed to hear, and God did too," she added. "And He put it on his heart, and Charlie wrote it — and I know that it's going to change and impact millions of lives."

"He was able to just reset, recalibrate and say, ‘You know what? The noise of this world can wait 24 hours. I can get back to it once I have a fresh brain and I'm rested,'" Kirk said.
