President Joe Biden had what some are calling another extremely awkward performance at a press conference on Thursday, where he leaned into the mic and whispered, for some reason:

"I got them $1.9 trillion dollars relief so far. They're gonna be getting checks in the mail that are consequential," whispered the President into a mic while live on air.

The same thing happened two more times in the course of the speech, as follows, and as is shown in the video:

".... I wrote the bill on the environment," continued Biden.

".... Pay them more ... This is an employee's ... employee's bargaining chip now. What's happening?"

Biden was speaking publicly today to talk about the new agreement reached with the executive branch and the Senate on the new and massive infrastructure bill, which reportedly will have with it an equally massive price tag of $1.9 trillion.

"But I want to thank each and everyone of them. It's been, y'know, a lot of us go back a long way, give each other our word and that's the end. Nobody questions it. They have my word, and I'll stick with what they proposed, and I have their word as well. So, where I come from, that's good enough for me," commented the President on this new agreement.

Biden also claimed that Kamala Harris has done a "great job so far on" the border crisis.

This is not the first time the public has called Biden's words and actions on the podium into question. Another similar incident happened on May 28 2021, where Biden told a young girl she looks like a 19-year-old.
